This site is operated by Loan Daddy LLC under the DSCR Loans Florida brand. References to “we” or “us” mean Loan Daddy LLC.
Information we collect
- Details you enter: name, email, phone, property state and type, loan purpose, values, occupancy and your message.
- Attribution data: campaign parameters in the link you used (such as utm_source or click identifiers), the first page you landed on and the referring site, kept in your browser session and sent with your request.
- Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and contact you by email, phone or text with your consent
- To evaluate your scenario and share it with wholesale lenders whose programs may fit
- To keep records required by law and to improve the site
Sharing
We share information with wholesale lenders and investors you may be matched with, and with service providers that host our systems, manage customer records or send messages on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
